The AGH Field Hockey U19 team flourished at the recent USA Field Hockey 2023 National Club Championship.

AGH Field Hockey, which is based in Greenwich and guided by head coach Alex Gheorghe, earned an outstanding second-place finish in the U19 division at the 2023 National Club Championships. The championship tournament was held in Virginia Beach, Virginia and took place from June 22-July 1.

The AGH team played the Freedom HKY WC Eagles in the U19 title game at the USA Field Hockey National Club Championship. The members of the successful AFG Field Hockey U19 squad, which included athletes from Greenwich and throughout Fairfield County, included in alphabetical order: Grace Almeida, McKenzie Bloom, Ginna Caldero, Olivia Caponiti, Laetitia Cartellieri, Charlotte Casiraghi, Ellie Goldstein, Defina Gonzalez Lobo, Sofia Fidalgo Schioppa, Kelly Janssen, Emma Larit, Klara Mueffelmann, Emma Nahon, Charlotte Nemec, Katherine Nemec, Polly Parsons-Hills, Ashley Stockdale, Sienna Tejpaul and Blake Wilks.
