
They excelled in their respective sports during their athletic careers at Brunswick School and soon they will each continue their athletic careers in college at the Division I level.
Eight Brunswick senior student-athletes each recently signed a National Letter of Intent to play their respective Division I sport at the collegiate level. The Bruins’ student-athletes that signed their NLI at a recent ceremony the school held are, in alphabetical order: Ben Atkinson, Matthew Augustine, Tyler Georgs, Blake Hebert, Ethan Long, Jaylen Noisette, Jaylen Pray and Jackson Shepelsky.
Atkinson will play Division I water polo at the University of California Irvine. A member of Brunswick’s NEPSAC Championship water polo team, Atkinson competed on the 2024 USA Water Polo National Team and was a member of the USA Water Polo Cadet Team in 2023.

Augustine signed his National Letter of Intent to attend the University of Notre Dame, where he will continue his football career at the Division I level. An offensive tackle, Augustine was a member of Brunswick’s football team, which registered a record of 8-2 this fall and appeared in a NEPSAC Championship Bowl game.
Augustine, who played on the varsity football team since his freshman season, earned All-NEPSAC First Team honors for the 2024 season. Augustine also received Northeast Prep Football Conference All-League First Team Offense accolades after producing a standout season on the offensive line for Brunswick this fall.
Georgs, a linebacker on Brunswick’s football team, signed a National Letter of Intent to attend College of the Holy Cross, where he will take his Division I football skills. Georgs received Northeast Prep Football Conference All-League First Team Defense honors for the 2024 season.

Georgs also received All-NEPSAC Honorable Mention recognition for the 2024 campaign. Hebert made quite an impact in his one season as quarterback of the Bruins’ varsity football team. He helped power Brunswick’s offense and will soon compete on the football squad at Notre Dame, as he also recently signed his National Letter of Intent.
Hebert was a Northeast Prep Football Conference First Team selection and received the honor of being chosen as the conference’s 2024 Offensive Player of the Year.
Hebert earned First Team All-NEPSAC honors as well after helping the Bruins’ football team excel. Ethan Long is also heading to Notre Dame. Long, a safety on the Brunswick football team, signed his NLI to play at Notre Dame after helping lead the team’s defensive backfield.

Long was a Northeast Prep Football Conference All-League First Team selection and received All-NEPSAC Honorable Mention recognition. Jaylen Noisette signed his NLI to attend the United States Military Academy College in West Point.
Noisette, who will continue his football career at Army, starred at wide receiver for the Bruins football team, earning First Team Northeast Prep Football Conference First Team Offense honors.
Pray, a defensive lineman, will take his excellent football skills to Syracuse University after powering Brunswick’s defensive line for several seasons.
Pray was a fixture on the Bruins’ defense, which was one of the team’s main strengths this past fall season.

Shepelsky an outstanding baseball player, signed his NLI to attend Lehigh University, where he will continue his athletic career at the Division I level.
A pitcher and infielder, Shepelsky was instrumental in leading Brunswick to the championship game of the 2024 FAA Tournament championship game.
