Sacred Heart Greenwich’s Varsity A lacrosse team celebrated its Senior Day on May 15 and did so in highly impressive fashion.
The Tigers earned their 12th win of the season by recording a decisive 11-5 Senior Day victory against NEPSAC rival Hotchkiss School. The win improved Sacred Heart’s record to 12-3.

Senior midfielder Lila O’Brien registered a team-best five goals, senior midfielder Maggie Bacigalupo scored three goals and senior midfielder Payton Sfreddo scored twice to help lead Sacred Heart’s offense.
Junior midfielder Charley Bacigalupo and senior attack Wowie Walker added one goal apiece for the Tigers. Sacred Heart Greenwich’s Varsity A squad won the Prep Cup Tournament today to conclude its successful season. We’ll have an article on this great achievement soon.
