
Dominating from the outset, the Brunswick School lacrosse team jumped out to a commanding lead and never looked back on its way to cruising to a convincing 14-8 road victory over Westminster School in Massachusetts this past Saturday.
The Bruins seized a 9-0 first-quarter lead and entered halftime with a 10-2 advantage. They led 12-5 after three quarters of action.

Senior attack Jackson Wolfram recorded a hat trick to propel the Bruins’ offense. Junior attackman Casey Quinson scored two goals for Brunswick, which raised its record to 10-3 with the victory.
Teddy Danforth, a senior midfielder, tallied twice, as did senior attack Will Coale for the victors.

Junior attack Payton Anderson, senior midfielder Will Erdmann, Hudson Hausmann (junior midfielder), senior midfielder Patrick Mullen and Kyle Pagnani (junior midfielder) added one goal apiece for the Bruins.
Nine of the Bruins’ 14 goals were assisted.

Senior FOGO Andrew Greenspan was outstanding again for the Bruins, winning seven of the eight faceoffs he took. Sophomore teammate Aiden Diez/Matos was an impressive 15 of 18 on faceoffs.
Brunswick’s next game is tomorrow, as it travels to rival Avon Old Farms School. The Bruins will then host Salisbury School on Friday at 7 p.m.
